THE EXPERIENCESample Schedule
Take a look at how your day-to-day will look like.
-
Our mornings begin with breathwork and Vinyasa flow, gently awakening the body while building heat, mobility, and presence.
We close with mindfulness practices to bring clarity and focus into the day.
-
Midday sessions focus on mentorship and skill development.
Through workshops and guided refinement, we break down technique, improve efficiency, and build confidence in your practice.
This mentorship block supports progression within the Movepat Certification pathway.
-
Afternoons shift toward integration.
Expect deeper workshops, restorative yin sessions, and theory-based discussions that help you understand the “why” behind the practice.
-
Evenings are dedicated to building strength and resilience through calisthenics and resistance-based training, supporting long-term performance and durability.
-
We end the day by shifting into recovery and integration mode.
Through contrast therapy, focused recovery protocols, and integration practices, we allow the body to process information, rebuild, and prepare for the following day’s work.
